Driving with License Suspended for Unpaid Fines

Senate Bill 5226 recently passed and will go into effect in 2023. In it, failure to pay a traffic ticket will no longer cause a license suspension.

However, a provision was also added which would cause a 60 day license suspension if a person gets 3 or more moving violations in 1 year or 4 or more in 2 years.
