Vacating Simple Possession Cases in Chelan and Douglas Counties and the City of Wenatchee

Anyone with a conviction for simple possession from 2021 or prior, including possession of marijuana less than 40 grams (for those over 21), are eligible to vacate their sentences and are likely eligible to have any legal financial obligations (fines etc.) paid back to them for payments on those offenses.
