The New Hope Act

The New Hope Act recently passed which allows multiple misdemeanor convictions to be vacated for those that qualify. Vacating a conviction means to undue the guilty plea/verdict, dismiss, and vacate the conviction(s). It also expanded the list of felonies available to vacate. If you are interested in getting your record cleaned up, give us a call to see if you are eligible. Certain offenses, such as DUIs remain ineligible to vacate.
